El Yiyo<\/strong>
A mi Aire<\/em> – 1h<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Miguel Fern\u00e1ndez Ribas, known as El Yiyo, has been dancing flamenco since the age of seven. A mi aire<\/em> (2025), meaning \u201cmy way,\u201d is an intimate journey. Accompanied by two singers and a musician, the artist preserves the essence of flamenco while offering a deeply personal interpretation\u2014free, passionate, and visceral.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Liminal.II<\/em> – 1h<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Through her experimental and exploratory approach, the Andalusian artist blends flamenco with contemporary dance. Moving between shadow and light, past and present, the collective and the intimate, Liminal.II<\/em> (2019) portrays a free-spirited dancer\u2019s deeply personal appropriation of flamenco, in constant dialogue with her singer and guitarist.

Eduardo Guerrero
<\/strong>Desplante<\/em> – 1h20<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Originally from C\u00e1diz, Eduardo Guerrero trained in both classical and contemporary dance. Blending different flamenco styles, the artist pays tribute here to the quej\u00edos<\/em> (\u201ccries\u201d or \u201claments\u201d) of the Levantine miners of the nineteenth century, making Desplante<\/em> (2015) a powerful and lyrical performance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Jesus Carmona
<\/strong>Baile de Bestias <\/em>– 1h10<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Originally from Barcelona and a former principal dancer with the National Ballet of Spain, Jes\u00fas Carmona reconnects with a primal form of movement in Baile de Bestias<\/em> (2021), or \u201cDance of Beasts.\u201d Through an evolving dialogue with multi-instrumentalist Manu Masaedo, inner beasts are gradually tamed and transformed into emotion.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

For her performance Tiempos<\/em>, the Catalan artist Bel\u00e9n L\u00f3pez is joined by dancer Rapico, several guitarists and singers, and a percussionist. In perfect harmony, the artists bring every note, every gesture, and every silence together into a unified whole\u2014one that embodies the magic of flamenco.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Alter Ego<\/em> – 1h10<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In Alter Ego<\/em>, created in 2023 with Patricia Guerrero and performed here with the Andalusian dancer Paula Comitre, Alfonso Losa explores the way two bodies\u2014seeking, finding, and influencing one another\u2014can give rise to a third entity, both real and abstract.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
