The Salon du BON [The “GOOD trade fair”] is the outgrowth of the eponymous magazine launched in collaboration with Thierry Marx, a socially engaged chef who has made good food his battle cry.
A veritable culinary experience will be proposed to some 15,000 visitors in the Grande Halle de la Villette.
For three days, discover the GOOD in all its forms: GOOD products, GOOD artisans, GOOD equipment, as well as a GOOD state of mind, a GOOD level of social engagement – basically everything that makes GOOD sense.
The Salon du BON is a breath of fresh air, where GOOD regains its credentials.
