For the Olympic and Paralympic Games, La Villette hosts Nations Park.
About fifteen international cultural and sports organizations set up their pavilions during the competition, showcasing their culture, arts, cuisine, history, and more to the public!
To help you plan your visit, we’ve mapped out a typical day for you! (*)

10:30 AM
I exit the Porte de Pantin metro station and arrive at Nations Park. The first pavilions are already open, so I start my day at the Maison Slovaque. With a VR headset in hand, I’m soon biking along the banks of the Danube.
12:00 PM
I head over to Casa México to meet my friends. The Mexican National Olympic Committee offers cooking classes and tasting sessions: tacos, enchiladas, and quesadillas to enjoy under the sun while watching the early afternoon events.
2:00 PM
After a bit of a digestive break, I visit the Olympic Collectors’ Space: pins, postcards, and memorabilia provide a fun way to explore the history of the Olympic Games. I get so into it that I end up leaving with the official Izzy plush, the mascot from the 1996 Atlanta Games. A unique souvenir!
3:30 PM
I enter the Cité des sciences et de l’industrie and find myself transported to Canada! The giant screens are buzzing with energy: mascots mingle with the crowd, athletes warm up on the field, and flags wave constantly. I swing by the shop, and it truly feels like being on the other side of the Atlantic!
5:00 PM
Next, I head to Casa Brasil to try my hand at being an athlete. On the beach volleyball court set up for the occasion, Brazilian player Jackie Silva teaches us the basics of the game. Then, it’s tournament time between teams. This gold medal is mine!
6:30 PM
Everyone holds their breath in front of the screens at Decathlon Playground. The French B-Girls are competing in the semifinals! I saw a demonstration earlier, and it was impressive. I hope they make it to the finals!

8:00 PM
I enjoy a more relaxed activity at Czech House: while sampling a platter of local specialties, I participate in the evening quiz. It’s a great opportunity to review the history of the Games and the rules of various sports for tomorrow’s events.
9:00 PM
The crowd gathers at the Pavillon Chinese Taipei to watch a Taiwanese Opera performance. The dances, costumes, and singing captivate the audience, who remain silent throughout the show. What an extraordinary performance at sunset!
10:30 PM
I wrap up the evening at the Netherlands House, Team NL Huis. On the Zénith stage, painted orange for the occasion, artists and DJs take turns. Everyone celebrates the day with music, and even the athletes are dancing on stage!
(*) Some activities may require an entry ticket. Detailed pricing is available on the Parc des Nations page and on each Olympic house’s website.
