ARTICLE 1 – ACCEPTANCE OF THE TERMS OF SALE
These General Terms of Sale govern, to the exclusion of any other document or condition, sales made between EPPGHV and you on the Website.
Certain activities/services presented on the Website are only available for purchase at the Parc at the Folie ticket office, located at the Porte de Pantin metro exit, from Tuesday to Sunday, 11:00 AM to 7:00 PM; and by phone at +33 (0)1 40 03 75 75 from Monday to Saturday, 11:00 AM to 7:00 PM. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, any order constitutes your full acceptance of these Terms of Sale.
EPPGHV reserves the right to modify these Terms of Sale at any time. You are advised to download/print and keep a copy. The new version of the Terms of Sale will be published on the Website, will replace the previous version, and will be applied automatically. You accept the Terms of Sale in effect at the time you make your purchase. However, such modifications will not apply to reservations already made and confirmed by EPPGHV.
ARTICLE 2 – DESCRIPTION OF OFFERS AND PRICES
This Website allows you to purchase online tickets for cultural events and workshops offered by EPPGHV.

2.1 REDUCED RATE
Depending on your status, you may be eligible for reduced rates for all our shows in the following cases: view rates and packages
Depending on the selected rate, proof of eligibility will be required at the time of ticket purchase to gain access to the venue.
2.2 CHILDREN’S RATES / LITTLE VILLETTE
For shows of the cultural season, children under 12 years old benefit from a specific rate until the day before their 12th birthday. Little Villette is open for free access on Saturdays and Sundays, as well as Wednesdays during school holidays.
Visitors must comply with the visiting rules and ensure the cleanliness of the premises and installations within Little Villette. Any activity that may compromise safety, hygiene, or health standards is strictly prohibited. Children under 6 years old must be accompanied by an adult during workshops. Parents are welcome to attend workshops for free (one accompanying adult per child, and a second person subject to available space). If fewer than five people are registered, La Villette reserves the right to cancel the workshop. Reserved participants will be notified at least the day before the workshop.

ARTICLE 3 – TICKET PRICES AND PAYMENT TERMS
Prices are stated in euros (€).
Prices are charged based on the rates in effect at the time of the order. EPPGHV reserves the right to modify its prices and pricing schedule at any time. Such modifications will not affect the price of orders already paid. The Viewer is invited to consult the seasonal brochure in the practical information section.
ARTICLE 4 – RESERVATION AND PAYMENT TERMS
Reservations must be confirmed by payment within eight (8) days. If the reservation is made less than eight (8) days before a performance, payment is due immediately.

ARTICLE 5 – CONFIRMATION
The data recorded by EPPGHV constitute proof of all transactions completed. Data recorded by the payment system constitute proof of financial transactions. EPPGHV confirms the acceptance of the order to the Viewer at the email address provided. EPPGHV reserves the right to cancel any order from a Viewer with whom there is a dispute regarding the payment of a previous order.
ARTICLE 6 – ACCEPTED PAYMENT METHODS
For school groups, after-school programs, and social sector groups, the following additional payment methods are accepted:
- Bank checks, up to one thousand five hundred (1,500) euros.
- Purchase orders or administrative mandates (reservation counts as service rendered).
- Bank transfers.
EPPGHV cannot be held liable for any direct or indirect damage of any kind related to the use of these payment methods.
You also agree to hold EPPGHV harmless against any claim, action, or proceeding brought against it in this regard.
Regardless of the payment method, payment must be made in the name of the person placing the order, unless otherwise specifically agreed by EPPGHV in advance.
Accepted payment methods:
- Cash, up to three hundred (300) euros.
- Credit/debit card, up to 1,500 euros for remote sales.

- Eurocard/MasterCard
- Maestro
- Visa/Electron
For online purchases, payment is made in accordance with the general terms and conditions of the Paybox payment system. All information is protected and encrypted before being transmitted to the processing center. This security is ensured by the SSL2 protocol.
Only one payment is allowed per order.
ARTICLE 7 – TICKET DISTRIBUTION / COLLECTION
Tickets are sent electronically in PDF format as soon as payment is received.
If sending the tickets is not possible, tickets must be collected at the sales points located within Parc de La Villette.
For requests to have tickets sent by postal mail, fees apply: one (1) euro for standard shipping, five (5) euros for registered mail.
Tickets are sent to the delivery address provided by the Viewer during online registration within a maximum of three (3) weeks after the order is confirmed. These timeframes correspond to order processing, registration, routing, and postal delivery. Beyond the maximum period, the Viewer may request cancellation and a refund of the purchase.
EPPGHV cannot be held responsible for loss, theft, or delays in the delivery of tickets.
Once payment has been made, the order is final. It cannot be modified or canceled by the Viewer, and tickets are neither exchangeable nor refundable (see exchange conditions in Article 9).
No duplicates will be issued, except with specific agreement from EPPGHV.
Tickets sold on the Website are unique and must be presented at the entrance of the performance, or, if not, via a nominative list of tickets sold.
Resale of tickets is prohibited. In case of dispute, identification will be required. The first presentation of the electronic ticket at the entrance allows access to its holder. Any subsequent presentation of an already scanned ticket will result in denied access.
The print quality of the ticket must allow for optical reading (scanning). Any alteration or damage that makes this information unreadable will invalidate the ticket.
Any reproduction constitutes an act of counterfeiting subject to legal action and will void the ticket.
Any claim regarding the ticket order or any errors appearing therein must be reported to the Ticketing and Reception Service.
ARTICLE 8 – CANCELLATION OF A SHOW
Tickets cannot be exchanged, refunded, or returned in case of changes to the program or cast, except in the event of a Show cancellation by EPPGHV, or in cases of force majeure, which explicitly include national strikes and specific instructions for certain Shows.
Amounts paid by the Viewer will be refunded by EPPGHV upon request within a maximum of three (3) months from the date of the Show and upon presentation of the ticket, excluding any other compensation or indemnity.
After acceptance of the refund by EPPGHV, and upon presentation of the ticket(s), a bank account statement (RIB), and any supporting documents, the refund will be made by bank transfer directly to the attendee’s account.
ARTICLE 9 – EXCHANGES
Subscribers, members, and Pass holders have the possibility to exchange their ticket once (1) free of charge, during the validity period of their subscription, and subject to availability.
ARTICLE 10 – RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
In the case of a reservation, you have 8 days to send us your payment. Beyond these 8 days, your reservation will be deleted. If less than 10 days remain before a performance or workshop, immediate payment will be required.
You are informed that, under Articles L. 221-2 and L. 221-28 of the French Consumer Code, all Services offered, except Membership Offers as specified below, are not subject to the right of withdrawal provided under Articles L. 221-18 and following of the Consumer Code for distance sales. Consequently, Services ordered on the Website are exclusively subject to the cancellation and modification conditions set forth in these General Terms of Sale.
For Membership Offers (Subscription, Carte Villette, and Pass) and in accordance with Articles L. 221-18 and following of the Consumer Code, you have a period of fourteen (14) business days from the date of purchase to exercise your right of withdrawal free of charge, provided that it has not yet been used. Tickets may be canceled by contacting EPPGHV at the following address: remboursements@villette.com.
EPPGHV will refund the full amount by bank transfer as soon as possible.
ARTICLE 11 – ADMISSION CONDITIONS FOR PERFORMANCES
Admission to Performances is subject to compliance with the instructions of the reception and security staff.
After the announced start time of the performance, assigned seating is no longer guaranteed, and access to the venue may be denied to latecomers.
Photography, filming, recording, or speaking without prior authorization is prohibited.
Out of respect for the audience, performers, and staff, mobile phones must be turned off for the entire duration of the visit or Show, even if left in the cloakroom.
ARTICLE 12 – DISPUTES AND GOVERNING LAW
Only EPPGHV is authorized to handle claims and/or disputes related to the product sold or service provided. If the dispute concerns payment transactions, the bank or the third party in charge of the payment system may be consulted. The legal domicile is established by EPPGHV at its registered office. In case of a dispute regarding the execution of the sales contract or payment of the price, and in accordance with the provisions of the French Consumer Code, you may contact a Customer Service mediator at the following email address: serviceclient@villette.com.
If the dispute cannot be resolved amicably, the Paris Court shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
ARTICLE 13 – PERSONAL DATA
Acceptance of Cookies is required for any purchase or subscription made on the Website. For more information on the use of Cookies, please consult our dedicated page.
In accordance with Law No. 78-17 of January 6, 1978, as amended, relating to data processing and freedoms, and European Regulation No. 2016/679, the Attendee has the right to access and correct information concerning them. The Website, its Content and Services, its software, designs, models, databases, trademarks, and logos are subject to intellectual property rights. These elements are the property of EPPGHV. The Attendee agrees to respect these rights. EPPGHV grants the Attendee only a non-exclusive and non-transferable right to use (limited to non-commercial purposes, such as browsing, participating, and subscribing to the various Services) its Website and Services, and therefore reserves all rights of distribution, transfer, and any other rights over the elements that constitute its Website and Services.
Products and games presented on the Website correspond to registered trademarks or commercial brands belonging to their respective owners.
