Little Villette

In front of the Grande Halle, you’ll find a rectangular building with triangular windows and round doors: this is Little Villette. Here, a variety of disciplines are practiced (circus, literature, visual arts, performances) along with activities related to biodiversity.

Whether or not you have planned your family outing, the teams running this place are ready to welcome you for joyful, poetic, and creative moments!

Enjoy free activities

Every weekend, enjoy My Little Villette activities with free access: a games bar, reading lounge, toddlers’ rotunda, LEGO® table and wall, Little Expo and Little Ciné for our budding film lovers. Fiction, animation, cartoons, slapstick… all kinds of cinema are featured at Little Villette. Several times each quarter, Au Creux de l’Oreille storytelling sessions will delight the youngest visitors.

During themed weekends, activities are designed in line with La Villette’s programming.

Join for workshops

The Ateliers Villette invite you to play, learn, and marvel! They take place at Little Villette, the Ferme de la Villette, or the Jardins Passagers, and are offered to children and their accompanying adults.

Each season, our team creates a rich offering around circus, storytelling, hip-hop dance, visual arts, nature, animals… Take your pick!

A range of workshops dedicated to adults is also available to learn various practices depending on the seasons and connect with nature.

Attend shows

Circus, theater, drawing concerts, dance, puppets… each season, children’s shows delight both the little ones and the grown-ups!

Extend the experience at Little Villette where activities and workshops are designed in connection with the shows.

Little Studio: a space redesigned to imagine, build and share even more

The Little Studio is a free space for children and their parents, open three afternoons a week. Each year, around 25,000 visitors come to participate in workshops or play freely with DUPLO® and LEGO® bricks.

Thanks to its popularity with a loyal and growing audience, LEGO® supported a major renovation campaign to transform the space and offer an even more playful experience, for both enthusiasts and newcomers to the LEGO® building world.

The Little Studio is open on Wednesdays, Saturdays, and Sundays, from 2:30 PM to 6:30 PM.
