PRODIGY12
The surreal dream of Paris
1h
For the very first time, a mysterious blue pavilion will emerge in Paris, at the heart of Parc de la Villette.
You, the audience, are invited to step inside. Welcome to Prodigy12 — both the name of the venue and the subject of the show. When the 360° LED walls come to life, the world unfolds around you, and you are born into an unknown version of Paris. Prodigy12 draws to itself every being in this world, whether real or virtual.
When you realize that your predecessors — Prodigies 1 to 11 — have been trapped in time, you attempt to escape. There is no traditional tale of good versus evil, but rather a work built around the eternal cycle of time.
This live production will present one of the largest temporary LED installations in Europe, using cutting-edge technologies. With original music performed live, choreographic performances, and 3D visuals, Prodigy12 blurs the line between dream and reality, between what is constructed and what is imagined.
