100% L'EXPO 2025
A Snapshot of the Emerging Creative Scene
True to its ambition to highlight young artists, the 7th edition of 100% L’EXPO gives carte blanche to some fourty recent graduates of French art schools. It is an invitation to discover their works as you wander through the Grande Halle de la Villette.
What drives artists after they graduate, and how do they carve out a path in society and the art world? These questions run through the programming of 100% L’EXPO, which for several years has offered an eclectic overview of the young art scene, where forms, techniques, media, and experiences adapt to new narratives and ways of seeing the world. Created in collaboration with a selection of French schools, partially renewed for each edition, the selection showcases the works of artists who graduated in the last five years, within a unique scenography also engaging with contemporary issues. Spanning over 3,500 m², it is entirely composed of reused materials (panels, pedestals, vitrines) from previous La Villette events. A place for free discovery and inspiration for the public, 100% L’EXPO is also designed as a professional springboard for these emerging artists, offering them the opportunity to join a network. It is also accompanied by a performance and meeting program.
Curated by Inès Geoffroy.
This year, the ADAGP supports the artists of 100% L’EXPO.
The 2025 Visual Arts Revelation has been awarded to Nafiseh Moshashaeh, an Iranian artist based in France. Her work, combining graphic design, photography, and video, addresses the political and social issues of her home country. She receives a €5,000 grant and a dedicated presentation on the ADAGP exhibition walls. As part of this partnership, all artists participating in the 2025 edition of 100% L’EXPO also receive additional financial support.

A Campus Art Méditerranée Institution
Located near the Calanques National Park on a 20-hectare site, Les Beaux-Arts de Marseille is a public higher education institution and a member of Campus Art Méditerranée, alongside the Pierre Barbizet Conservatory and the Marseille Méditerranée Institute for Artistic Training.
The school offers a foundation program to prepare students for entrance exams to art and design schools, as well as a three-year National Diploma in Art (DNA) with options in art or design. It also grants a National Higher Diploma in Visual Expression (DNSEP), equivalent to a Master’s degree (Master 2), in art or design.
For the past 20 years, the school has welcomed deaf and hard-of-hearing students through the PiSourd program. Committed to excellence in research and creative practice, it provides a professional-oriented education, supported by a vast network of global partnerships and 13,000 m² of studio space.
Les Beaux-Arts de Paris serve as both a center for artistic training and experimentation, as well as a space for exhibitions, conservation of historical and contemporary collections, and publishing.
Under the supervision of the French Ministry of Culture, the school trains high-level artists and holds a vital position in the contemporary art scene. Instruction is conducted in studios under the guidance of renowned artists, complemented by theoretical and technical courses.
Since 1766, the École des Arts Décoratifs – PSL has been a training ground for artists, designers, and creators of contemporary decor, shaping both the useful and the beautiful in response to today’s challenges.
With a unique educational model, the school offers comprehensive training across all artistic, design, and creative disciplines. Its global outreach, an exceptional research hub, and a dynamic cultural program place it among the world’s leading institutions dedicated to ecological, social, technological, and humanitarian transformation.
Now operating across multiple locations, the École des Arts Décoratifs – PSL fulfills its national mission to redefine the arts of living and inhabiting in the modern age. Functioning as a rhizome, it reconnects with the very essence of decorative arts, addressing the pressing issues of our shared world.
Each year, over 800 students work to shape the material, visual, and imaginary environments of our time, while critically engaging with the shifting artistic and societal landscape. The École des Arts Décoratifs – PSL is a public institution of higher education under the Ministry of Culture, a component of Université PSL (Paris Sciences & Lettres), and a key player in the MoMADe Campus of Excellence for Fashion, Crafts, and Design Professions.
A public institution for higher artistic education under the Ministry of Culture, the École nationale supérieure d’arts de Paris-Cergy (ENSAPC) trains artists and creators active on both the French and international art scenes.
Emphasizing total interdisciplinarity and granting students significant autonomy in shaping their own curriculum, the school offers a wide-ranging program that intersects visual arts, writing, performance, sound, film, and theory.
Through strong partnerships with institutions in France and abroad, ENSAPC fosters experimentation, critical engagement, and creative exploration, preparing students to contribute dynamically to contemporary artistic discourse.
A leading institution for visual arts, object art, graphic communication, design, textile design, visual didactics, scenography, illustration, as well as musical creation and interpretation, the Haute École des Arts du Rhin (HEAR) is one of the rare European schools where such a diverse range of artistic practices coexist at the highest level of excellence.
With campuses in Strasbourg and Mulhouse, HEAR fosters an innovative teaching model that encourages cross-disciplinary collaboration and artistic synergy. Its 750 students pursue one of 20 degrees, ranging from bachelor’s to doctoral levels.
This unique structure allows for bold artistic experimentation, hybridization, and new creative forms, while maintaining strong foundations in specialized disciplines. With state-of-the-art workshops and facilities, students have the opportunity to explore and master a wide array of techniques under the guidance of expert instructors, technicians, and specialized assistants.
Inaugurated in 1972, Villa Arson was conceived as an innovative institution designed to fulfill several essential and complementary functions in support of creation: teaching, research, experimentation, production, dissemination, valorization, and support. Its uniqueness lies in the combination of various activities: a national art school, a contemporary art center, and an international residency hub, where the interplay of these functions enriches the experiences of students and artists alike.
Villa Arson accommodates approximately 230 students and offers a single Department of Arts that spans a wide range of disciplines and practices. The contemporary art center develops a dynamic exhibition program with a strong international focus, prioritizing emerging creation. In its commitment to global openness, Villa Arson also hosts artist residencies throughout the year, bridging students with diverse creative scenes and enriching their artistic projects.
Since its creation in 2006, La Fondation Culture & Diversité has been designing and directly implementing programs in partnership with cultural and educational institutions to promote Equal Opportunities in access to prestigious cultural schools. These programs aim to inform young people about higher education in the cultural and artistic fields, help them prepare for entrance exams, support them throughout their studies, and assist with their professional integration.
For the fourth consecutive year, the Foundation partners with 100% L’EXPO to present and highlight the creations of Melissa Cascade and Emma Berger-Pierre (in collaboration with Sara Rottenwöhrer as part of the duo ROBER), young artists who have gone through the Equal Opportunities programs and graduated from an art school.
