PARK OF NATIONS

Discover the celebration venue for the Paris 2024 Olympic and Paralympic Games!

With its 55 hectares of open space at the heart of Greater Paris, La Villette has been supporting amateur sports for over 40 years. Therefore, it is only natural that, on the occasion of the Paris 2024 Olympic and Paralympic Games, La Villette becomes a place of hospitality for the participating nations and promises to be the venue for those who want to celebrate the meeting of sport and culture in style. On the agenda: sports initiation for all ages, fan zones, concerts, and local gastronomy.

By hosting the Club France and numerous French sports federations within and around the Grande Halle, as well as various international sports and cultural organizations throughout its park, including National Olympic Committees (NOC) and National Paralympic Committees (NPC) from different countries, La Villette becomes the Nations Park.

The Club France, a historic celebration in a unique venue: La Villette.

For the first time, French Olympic and Paralympic athletes, united as one team, will be celebrated in a single location at Parc de la Villette: the Club France. At the evening of their competitions, French athletes will come to celebrate this moment that will remain etched in their memories and in the memories and of every French person.

International sports & cultural entities

As sites of all sports celebrations, these “houses” will organise rebroadcasts of competitions as well as sports workshops, meetings with the athletes, cultural activities, and food tastings. As a unique experience, the Park of Nations puts La Villette at the centre of the world.

At the heart of Club France: Archi-Folies 2024

Within the Club France area, sports federations will be hosted in pavilions designed and built by students from national higher schools of architecture as part of the Archi-Folies 2024 project.
